Christmas 2024 Order Deadlines

For any items ordered after the cut-off times below, we can only offer limited support in regard to parcel enquiries/delays and contacting couriers.

We require a handling time of 2-3 days to process your order.

Please keep in mind that shipment enquires can take 1-3 business days for courier companies to respond to, and investigations into missing parcels can take up to 5-7 business days to finalise. Therefore we ask you to order before the dates below for the best chance of receiving your parcel before Christmas!

**Please note, we cannot 100% guarantee that your parcel will be delivered before 24th December, as transit times can be affected by factors out of our control, especially leading up to Christmas**

Thursday 12th December 2024

Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Country/Regional NSW.

Monday 16th December 2024

Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong.

Please note that we will not be shipping orders between 18th December 2024 – 13th January 2025. Any orders placed during this time will be shipped upon our return from holidays (within 2 - 5 business days after the 13th of January).
