FREE SHIPPING, AUSTRALIA WIDE TO RESIDENTIAL & BUSINESS ADDRESSES ON SELECTED ITEMS.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free shipping to Post Offices, PO Boxes, Parcel Collect Locations/Lockers - shipping to these locations can be arranged, please contact us with any enquiries.

  • Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Monday - Friday only
  • Excludes weekends and public holidays
  • Transit times shown on our Shipping Information page are estimated
  • May be affected by factors out of our control
  • We have a handling time of 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed over weekends or on NSW public holidays, they will be dispatched on the following working day, or 1-3 business days after.

We reserve the right to refund any purchase if the address provided is in a remote or outer regional area, outside of our free delivery zones. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will need to organise shipping via Australia Post or a suitable courier for the item to be returned to our warehouse.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
