Heavy Duty Welding Table – 900 x 600mm, Flat Pack Kit

A full heavy-duty welding table you build and weld yourself. Every part is laser cut from 5mm steel and slots together with tabs, so it locates square before you weld. The top has 16mm holes on a 50mm grid for fixture clamps, squares and stops.

• Top: 900 x 600mm, 5mm plate with 187 x 16mm holes on a 50mm grid
• Etched 50mm grid lines, rulers on two edges and centre marks on the work surface
• Skirts: 100mm deep all round with 16mm holes on 50mm centres for side clamping
• Egg-crate ribs under the top, with lightening cut-outs
• Legs: 80 x 80mm box legs (4 plates each), all bracing at one height
• 5mm castor pads with rounded corners, drilled for our 100mm PU cast iron castors (85 x 76mm hole centres)
• Work height: 770mm on the pads, approx 914mm on 100mm castors
• Every part etched with its part code for easy assembly
• 5mm mild steel throughout, laser cut
• Weight: approx 83kg
